Booking A Show

If you are a band or performer wanting to book a show in the main hall. If you are a show promoter looking to rent the venue for your act, Please contact Xander at marketing@theseasonsyakima.com

If you are looking to play in The Bistro (not the main hall), please contact Bella at info@theseasonsyakima.com

We will also not respond to inquiries on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) This also includes asking about building capacity.

We will need the following:

High-resolution images of the performer/band in 300 DPI for printing show posters.
High-quality video of the band/performer performing or a promo video that we can use to create commercials. We will not accept fan videos, or cell phone videos taken from the crowd.
Promotional materials including press kits, logos, bios, etc.
Dates you are looking to book at either space (main hall/bistro)

If you wish to mail promotional materials including vinyl (we love vinyl!), CDs, posters, stickers, marketing materials, etc.
